I’ve appeared on behalf of clients in Federal & New York State Courts in criminal case, from simple assault to complex RICO cases. I’ve served in the U.S. District Court for the EDNY as “learned counsel” in Federal Death Penalty cases, and also served in that capacity in State Death Penalty cases. I’ve represented clients in Federal Courts in Fla., Va., N.J., Cal., Mich., Vt, Ohio, Pa., Ct., Texas and No.Car. Consulted on extradition proceedings in Hong Kong and elsewhere.
